  Update: i waited to 2 weeks to see doctor as she's the family doctor for my kids who've had a cold for 1.5 month, only for reception to call and cancel on morning of appointment. They had been to after hours clinic and ER and everyone had told us to follow-up with Family Dr. but she's too busy to see us. It took one yr to find a doctor willing to take patients on. Don't have much of any options.

  9/10 times I call they're away on vacation or just not answering phones until a week later. Only open from 8-4pm Monday to THURSDAY (so they get a 3 day weekend every weekend)

  So difficult to acutally get them on the phone even during open hours. Reception is rude at times and sometimes have to wait to or more weeks for an appointment to see the doctor. At times they flat out tell you to take your child to after hours clinic because doctor is too busy. Maybe if doc was there before 1pm and worked a full week, we wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to see her.

  And they don't answer phones during the lunch hour. diagnosis? Allergic to working.

  Wait times are long (30 minute to an hour past appointment time) and the hours are too short.
