  Awesome because there is food (A&W, Tim Hortons, and a Convenience store (called Market), there are washrooms and a Canadian Tire Gas Station.

  Slow. Took three people on one cash to solve a problem. A line up of about 10 people long...two tills open..but three people at one till, and no one at the other till. Trying to solve some sort of coupon issue with a customer. I've worked in retail, and when something like this happens, you open another till, and get the line flowing again. But no...one person had to try to solve the issue while two other cashiers just watched. I know they have to learn...but maybe show ONE...and then explain what happened to the other later? I ended up asking if it took three people to solve this problem, and the older lady barked YES,...Yes it does. Finally, the older lady opened the other till and a person from the origian line went over to her to order. She took his order, and then when it was my turn, she said, sorry, this cash is closed. I had lost my place in the other line and had to go to back. The two younger cashiers were pleasant and said have a nice day. Also, the "comments" computer screen they have at the pick up counter...was offline at the time...how convenient. Anyway, the Enroute place to eat is suppose to be a fast way to stop and eat and go...I'd suggest skip it and go through Tim Hortons drive through instead.

  I asked for my money back after seeing the way they handled the food. Absolutely disgusting, and sad they treat customers like this.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. They need to wear gloves, I saw a young man scratch touch his face and then palm the burger buns in order to spread mayo with his bare hands. PLEASE wear gloves. That is disgusting. Less important but important enough to let others know, I ordered regular sweet potato fries and at a very slow time with 3 people working, it took 7 minutes.

  I received sarcastic comments back by the team leader and young lady handling the register. They both were shameless and had the audacity to make fun of my advice in front of others. AVOID GOING to this location unless you would like to risk food illness and terrible customer service. I see other reviews for this place that seem to agree.

  I was refused to use the coupon "Upgrade to Onion Rings with the purchase of fries or a at the regular price". I asked for purchase of fries and 3 store clerks told me I cannot use it unless I purchase a combo. The coupon clearly says the coupon can be used if it was for purchase of fries as well. When I took the time to write to them, they only said they will let the store know. They offered no incentives to help them improve.
