  Knowledgeable and friendly staff. IMO they carry a better selection of dog toys than the Belleville location. Ordered a Large bed for my dog, it arrived early and staff called to let me know it had arrived. Best part is, if you buy a toy and your pet doesn't like it, they will take it back even though the package is opened. Pets are allowed in the store.

  The owners and their staff are always friendly, courteous, very informed on their products and are able to answer any question you may have. I always love going to Pet Valu

  Looks like a great setup to wash your dog yourself. Everything is there, all you need is a dirty dog!

  I have never had an issue at this Pet Valu location until today. I have 2 golden retriever dogs and use the dog wash area frequently. My boyfriend brought our two dogs there today and the lady at the counter, told him only one dog in the dog wash area at a time. This is the first time I've heard of this rule, she made him leave one dog in the car while he washed the other, in winter weather. There is a gate for the dog wash area for that exact reason... so they CANT GET OUT!! Don't understand why this employee decided to make this rule up today but I a) don't feel comfortable leaving my dog in the car by his/her self and b) don't see why I was able to bring both of my dogs in with me the 10 other times I have been there but today was not allowed.

  The staff is very informed and friendly. The reason i gave one less star is because of the small variety of rabbit items they have. But overall, my favourite pet store!
