  My boyfriend ordered last minute Valentine's Day flowers, I know, I know, big no-no. The Florist did let him know she was out of Roses, he said that was fine, but to send me something nice, for $125.00. I received yellow Lilies and Pink Gerberas, a bouquet that says, "happy birthday mom," not "I love you." On top of the sad arrangement I received flowers with broken stems and browning leaves. My boyfriend orders flowers just about every year on the day of, other shops are prepared. Other shops do what they can with what they have left to speak to their receiver, OR they simply say, I don't have anything left. Instead they grabbed his money and sent me what they had. I wrote the owner with my disappointment, I was told she sold the same bouquet all day long and my boyfriend wasn't specific. She would replace the flowers if I wanted her to, I declined. This morning, this is less than 48hrs of receiving this bouquet already one of the filler flowers is toppled over. In my opinion florists are artists, they put together flowers to SAY something, whether that be, thank you, i love you, i'm sorry, etc. If you're looking for a florist that knows how to create something with passion, a bouquet with a voice, you're looking in the wrong place, especially if it's Valentine's Day.

  My boyfriend ordered me roses, back in January, and they were delivered on valentine's day. They were just stunning! And when they fully bloomed they just look perfect! Perfect first bouquet

  I have never had a bad experience with Lottie Jones. The bouquets have all been amazing and lasted for over a week! In fact as a repeat customers over the past few years I would say the ladies who work at Lottie Jones have made an effort to remember their repeat customers and that is something I believe that separates small local businesses from the rest.
